Pilot means a limited test, or access the company has not opened to everyone. Klarna says it is joining Google's Universal Commerce Protocol and already supports Google's Agent Payments Protocol, so pay-later options can travel with agent checkout.

Note on this rowThe February 2, 2026 press release describes support for the standards. It does not name a public checkout where every shopper can already pay with Klarna through an agent. A Klarna business page later says payments are already live on UCP and ACP, and also says those options are being built into agent checkout.
