Can AI agents buy at Meta Muse?

Live means a shopper can use it today, sometimes in one country or at selected stores. Meta's Muse agent can shop the web for a connected U.S. shopper and must show the total for approval before it pays.
Note on this rowMeta's help center says purchasing ability varies by location, merchant, and checkout, and that Muse can also pay by logging in with a saved card. At Connect on September 23, 2026 Meta said more store connectors were being added and that Expedia was coming soon for travel planning. On October 28, 2026 Shopify said Shop Pay checkout is inside Muse, the buyer stays in control, and the card is never shared with the agent (https://www.shopify.com/news/fall-26-edition-merchant). The edition page says shoppers approve purchases before they check out with Shop Pay in Muse (https://www.shopify.com/editions/fall2026).
